| I installed some AMZ stage II turbos a few months ago. I noticed the car didn't pull like it did before. I figured a boost controller would fix that. So I installed a Greddy Profec B spec II boost controller. I messed around with trying to program it and couldn't get it to boost over 11.5 psi. I turned the gain all the way up to 100% and that didn't change anything. After that didn't work, I disconnected the manifold pressure source from the boost controller solenoid so that the wastegates wouldn't open. I drove the car and it still wouldn't boost over 11.5 psi. Then I figured one of the turbos was seized. I disconnected the hard pipes that go to each throttle body with the engine running, to see if the turbo compressors were pushing air. Both sides were pushing air. I've checked for boost leaks a bunch of times and everything was fine. I made sure the wastegates were connected to the actuators and they were. I don't know what else to check. PLEASE HELP.
